1. 처리하는 개인정보와 목적

2. 웹 베타의 입력 내용
웹 베타(/replan/)에 붙여 넣은 할 일 목록은 이용자의 브라우저 안에서만 계산됩니다. 이 페이지는 보안 정책(connect-src 'none')으로 외부 서버와의 연결 자체를 막아 두었으므로, 입력한 내용은 회사나 AI 제공자를 포함한 어떤 서버로도 전송되지 않습니다.
3. 이용자의 기기에만 저장되는 정보
서비스는 쿠키를 설정하지 않습니다. 다음 두 가지만 이용자 브라우저의 로컬 저장소(localStorage)에 남기며, 회사로 전송되지 않습니다.

4. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전
회사는 서비스 운영을 위해 아래 업체의 서비스를 이용하며, 이 과정에서 정보가 국외(미국 등)에서 처리될 수 있습니다.

5. 제3자 제공
회사는 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 근거한 요청이 있는 경우는 예외로 합니다.
6. 파기
보유 기간이 끝난 문의 메일은 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 지웁니다.
7. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 회사가 가진 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. admin@sidekeeper.ai 로 요청하면 10일 이내에 처리 결과를 알려 드립니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보는 알고서 받지 않습니다.
8. 안전성 확보 조치
- 필요한 최소한만 처리합니다. 할 일 내용은 브라우저 밖으로 나가지 않게 설계했습니다.
- 모든 접속은 HTTPS 로 암호화됩니다.

10. 방침의 변경
서버로 정보를 보내는 기능(예: 계정 로그인, 계획 저장)을 열기 전에 이 방침을 먼저 고치고, 시행 7일 전에 이 페이지에 알립니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전에 알립니다.

Privacy Policy
In short. Sidekeeper has no sign-up or login today, and the to-dos you paste into the web beta are processed only inside your browser. Silva never receives or stores them. The only personal data Silva receives is email you choose to send us.
Silva (business registration no. 407-47-01170, representative Seunghwan Yu, "we") operates the Sidekeeper website (sidekeeper.ai) and its Korean web beta (sidekeeper.ai/replan/), together the "Service".
1. What we process and why
- Email you send us — your address, name and message, to read and answer it. Kept for one year after your request is resolved, or longer only where the law requires.
- Access logs — IP address, time and browser details, processed by our hosting provider to deliver the site and keep it secure.
There is no account, login or payment. We do not collect what you type into the web beta.
2. What you type into the beta
The beta computes your plan in your browser. Its security policy (connect-src 'none') blocks every network connection, so your input is never sent to any server — ours or an AI provider's.
3. Stored on your device only
We set no cookies. Two values are kept in your browser's localStorage and never sent to us: sk-lang (your language choice) and sidekeeper.replan.v1 (how you handled proposals: time, verdict type and outcome, last 100 runs — never the titles or text of your to-dos). Clearing this site's data in your browser removes both.
4. Service providers and international transfer
Cloudflare, Inc. (USA, global data centers) hosts and protects the site and forwards email (Email Routing). Google LLC (USA) receives and stores that email (Gmail). Data may therefore be processed outside Korea. You can use the beta without sending us email.
5. Sharing
We do not share personal data with third parties, except where required by law.
6. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal data by writing to admin@sidekeeper.ai. We reply within 10 days. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
7. Security
We keep processing to the minimum, keep your to-dos inside your browser by design, and serve everything over HTTPS.

9. Changes
