이용약관
이 약관은 실바(Silva, 사업자등록번호 407-47-01170, 대표 유승환, 이하 «회사»)가 운영하는 Sidekeeper 웹사이트(sidekeeper.ai)와 한국어 웹 베타(sidekeeper.ai/replan/, 이하 함께 «서비스»)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 서비스를 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
1. 서비스
서비스는 이용자가 붙여 넣은 할 일 목록을 바탕으로, 지금 할 일·미룰 일·내려놓을 일·다시 약속할 일을 제안하는 웹 도구입니다. 지금은 무료이며 회원가입 없이 이용합니다.
2. 베타
서비스는 베타 단계입니다. 회사는 기능을 바꾸거나 일시 중단·종료할 수 있으며, 이용자에게 불리한 중요한 변경은 사이트에 미리 알립니다.
3. 제안의 성격
미나(Sidekeeper 의 비서)는 제안만 합니다. 어떤 제안을 받아들일지, 그 결과를 어떻게 쓸지는 이용자가 정합니다. 제안은 일정 정리를 돕기 위한 것이며 법률·세무·재무·의료 등 전문 조언이 아닙니다.
4. 이용자의 의무
- 서비스나 그 기반 시설의 정상 운영을 방해하지 않습니다(과도한 자동 요청, 보안 우회 시도 등).
- 서비스를 법령에 어긋나는 목적으로 쓰지 않습니다.
5. 권리
사이트의 디자인, 글, 코드에 대한 권리는 회사에 있습니다. 이용자가 입력한 내용은 이용자의 것이며, 웹 베타는 그 내용을 회사로 보내지 않습니다(개인정보처리방침 2항).
6. 책임의 제한
회사는 서비스를 현재 상태대로 제공하며, 제안이 특정 목적에 맞거나 오류가 없다고 보증하지 않습니다. 회사는 무료로 제공되는 서비스의 이용과 관련하여 이용자에게 생긴 손해에 대해, 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 경우를 제외하고 책임을 지지 않습니다. 이 조항은 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 적용됩니다.
7. 약관의 변경
회사는 필요한 경우 이 약관을 바꿀 수 있으며, 바뀐 약관은 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)에 이 페이지에 알립니다. 시행 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 바뀐 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
8. 준거법과 관할
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 서비스와 관련한 분쟁은 「민사소송법」에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Sidekeeper website (sidekeeper.ai) and its Korean web beta (sidekeeper.ai/replan/), the "Service", operated by Silva (business registration no. 407-47-01170, representative Seunghwan Yu, "we"). By using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
A web tool that reads a to-do list you paste and proposes what to do now, defer, drop or renegotiate. It is free today and needs no account.
2. Beta
The Service is in beta. We may change, pause or end features, and will post material changes that affect you in advance.
3. Proposals only
Mina, Sidekeeper's assistant, only proposes. You decide what to accept and how to use the result. Proposals help you organize your schedule and are not legal, tax, financial or medical advice.
4. Your obligations
Do not disrupt the Service or its infrastructure (for example excessive automated requests or attempts to bypass security), and do not use it for unlawful purposes.
5. Rights
The site's design, text and code belong to Silva. What you type is yours, and the web beta never sends it to us (see the Privacy Policy, section 2).
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided as is, without warranty that proposals fit a particular purpose or are error-free. For this free Service we are not liable for losses arising from its use, except those caused by our intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Changes
We will post changes here at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days for changes that reduce your rights. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
